Party Pavilion Registration

Please check the JVRA Party Calendar and verify that the date requested is available.

The following rules apply to all parties at JVRA:

• A $25 non-refundable Party Fee (check made out to JVRA or cash) is required to book a party.
• The $25 Party Fee gets you the use of either Pavillion for 2 hours and the assurance of enough guards to safely monitor the pool.
• Please denote below which Pavillion you are requesting and specifically how many estimated swimmers will be attending the party.
• More than 5 guests constitutes a Party.
• You may bring in food & non-alcoholic beverages, but they must be kept in the Pavillion areas.

Once the party form is submitted, you will receive e-mail confirmation of your 2 hr time slot requested. Your party will then be added to the JVRA Party Calendar.
